Chocolate Charcuterie

A chocolate roll that resembles a salami. Made with dark chocolate, hazelnut praline, biscotti, dried fruit, nuts, citrus and just a few more ingredients! Changes out seasonally and makes a nice addition to a cheese tray, as it is a great accompaniment to wine, cheese and fruit.
