Like the moon phases take time to cycle, so this bar takes time to make. Made with the finest single origin white chocolate from Ecuador where a community of mostly women farmers raise grass-fed cows that are hand-milked daily as the sun rises over the Andes Mountains in the Cayambe region. The dairy farmers of the Turucucho community gather every morning with their fresh milk, and form a gathering of people who share a common love for their land and each other. Our collective power is limitless when good intentions are set in ceremonial ritual.
